Spring Roll Pastry

The Spring Roll Pastry Baking Machine is a quintessential Daiei Engineering product.
With this machine, we achieved automation of spring roll pastry baking—previously performed manually. We also succeeded in continuous baking of pastry at a uniform thickness: an extremely thin 0.4 mm. The spring roll pastry produced by the machine is suited to a wide range of fillings.
This world-first technology has had a significant impact on the food industry. Currently, Daiei Engineering is the only company in Japan capable of manufacturing spring roll pastry baking machines.

The machine can be combined with a cooling conveyor, cutting, and stacking equipment to process pastry after it is baked in the drum.
The combination of the cutting and stacking equipment makes it possible to cut the pastry to the desired pre-set length and to stack the set number of pieces, which simplifies packing significantly.

In addition to spring roll pastry, the baking drum can bake other recipes, including crepe, galette, and okonomiyaki bases.

We offer a range of models to suit the required production capacity, including HT-30, HT-45, HT-90 (comprised of two HT-45s), and HT-180 (comprised of four HT-45s), and wider drums capable of baking pastry with a width of 650 mm.
